Looks like lutut sakit dah boleh manage sikit. Kalau teruk sangat sakitnya, aku akan bubuh ice & rest. Kalau teruk lagi, baru aku pop painkiller. Ortopedik dah advise, faktor usia dan muscle imbalance. Bermula Oktober tahun lepas bila aku kena hamstring pull dan overload kaki kanan. Memang aku notice the imbalancement. Now aku kena jalani fisio & buat strength training kat rumah seimbang dengan berlari. It is not just about lari tiap-tiap hari.
Upper body workout pun aku kena fokus juga.
Raya haji tak lama lagi, which also means June is coming and the year is ending Q2. Separuh tahun sudah. Lajunya!
Aku boleh recap, my year was nothing more than small achievements with nothing fancy. Struggling with financial once in a while but cukup.
